EPA will be hosting a virtual conference in October, in partnership with the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), the National Association of Evangelicals (NAE), and six other Christian media associations. Digital Media Con will focus exclusively on digital communications and e-marketing for Christian media professionals.
The three-day online event, scheduled for October 27 to 29, 2020, will include a combination of live, pre-recorded, and hybrid breakout sessions.
Keynote speakers will be Phil Cooke, Nona Jones, and Jim Denison. Other speakers of note include Al Tompkins of The Poynter Institute, Lou Ann Sabatier, Mark Dreistadt, and Clyde Taber.
A virtual conference platform will be utilized to provide a consolidated single login space where attendees can conveniently access both live and recorded sessions, set an agenda, interact through networking and community discussion boards and meet ups. A virtual exhibit floor will showcase event sponsors and vendors.
The platform will provide access to all sessions for sixty days after the conference.
Topics will cover a wide range of digital communications including social media, web strategies, podcasting, web design, digital advertising and email marketing as part of at least 17 sessions.
