Cause of the Year

In order to encourage our publications to tackle certain important subjects, EPA’s annual contest features a Cause of the Year. The Board of Directors chooses a specific topic and presents awards for the best material published during that year.

Cause of the Year includes two categories:
Article and Illustrative Art or Photo

2026 Cause of the Year

The Board of Directors has selected Bible Engagement as the 2026 Cause of the Year. Articles and photos/illustrations published in the calendar year 2026 on this subject may be entered into the contest to be awarded in the spring of 2027. The Bible Engagement sponsor is the American Bible Society.
